Clients must provide truthful and complete information when setting up or executing advertising campaigns. Clients are solely responsible for the legality and appropriateness of their ad content, including obtaining any required licenses, rights, or approvals.Payment:
All payment terms will be mentioned in the client invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.Campaign Duration:
Campaign timelines are set and agreed upon in the contract. Extensions or modifications may require written agreement from both parties.Refund Policy:
Refunds, if applicable, will follow the terms laid out in our Refunds & Cancellations policy below.Intellectual Property:
All proprietary technology, content, or materials developed or owned by KARV Adtech LLP remain our intellectual property. Clients retain ownership of their own ad content.Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to protect and not disclose any confidential or proprietary information exchanged during the course of the business engagement.Termination:
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as per the agreed terms. Early termination may be subject to cancellation fees.Force Majeure:
KARV Adtech LLP shall not be held liable for any delays or failures in service due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or infrastructure failures.Governing Law:
All agreements shall be governed by the laws of India, and legal jurisdiction will be courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.Modifications:
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Ads not displayed at agreed locations or time slots
Technical issues from our end

Refund Process:
Submit a request to contact@extrravenue.com with invoice number, details of the issue, and proof (if applicable). Refund decisions will be made within 10 business days.Exclusions:
Client-side content or creative issues
Change of mind or business goals
Delays caused by third-party infrastructure
Refund Mode:
Approved refunds will be processed via original payment method within 15 business days of approval.
